This version is extensively bookmarked and the bookmarks are functional (unlike the previous
drafts). This had to be done manually by Nick Strobel, so
contact him if he made an error in
creating the bookmarks. Two documents/appendices from Architecture are not included in the
PDF because they were in an AutoCad format that could not be converted to PDF—see Bob Funk
or Bob Dietz if you would like to see a copy of them.
To navigate the PDF using the
bookmark/index feature of Acrobat Reader, toggle on the ``Navigation Pane'' by clicking the
fourth button (from the left) in the Acrobat Reader window (between the ones that look
like a printer and a hand). Select the plus (+) symbol next to an index heading see the
sub-headings under a top-level heading.
